We are pleased and incredibly excited to share we have been selected as the design architect for the Renovation & Addition of Lipinsky Hall at the University of North Carolina,  Asheville.

A prominent Mid-Century building in the central core of campus, the project is a comprehensive renovation and addition to meet current and future needs of Music Department and other University Offices.  This includes a flexible auditorium performance space (for varying types of music performance, guest speakers, etc.), group rehearsal spaces, classrooms, acoustically isolated rehearsal spaces, music technology labs, offices, and support spaces for use by Music Department.

Temporary swing space will be designed within  neighboring Ramsey Library, so the Music Department doesn’t skip a beat.
